KHR: Hibari Kyoya

I honestly did not intend to draw him from the start xD; For some reason, I was practicing drawing faces, and I somehow turned it into Hibari O_o; I didn't bother drawing Hibari's jacket and prefect badge XD;
I think I got his name in the text right. >_>
Maybe I'll draw the other 6 ring guardians later ^^
